Description
The successful candidate will contribute to the evolution of business solutions and ensure alignment between user needs and implemented technological solutions. They will also act as a privileged partner for business sectors and development teams. Additionally, they will actively participate in needs analysis, priority setting, and supporting teams throughout the delivery cycle.
Main Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business needs from various stakeholders;
- Translate needs into clear and complete functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria;
- Ensure the management and refinement of the work log so that items are ready for development activities;
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand objectives, issues, and organizational priorities;
- Participate in establishing delivery priorities based on business value, risks, dependencies, and operational constraints;
- Support development teams by clarifying needs and answering functional questions throughout the work;
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to the continuous improvement of delivery practices;
- Perform impact analysis on change requests and proposed changes;
- Collaborate in delivery planning and tracking the progress of work;
- Participate in the validation of delivered solutions and acceptance testing;
- Ensure the consistency of business processes and implemented solutions;
- Produce and maintain the required functional documentation.
Desired Profile
- University degree in computer science, information technology, or systems management with 10 years of experience in functional analysis, business analysis, or a similar role. Any other combination of education and experience deemed equivalent will be considered;
- Excellent ability to gather, structure, and document needs;
- Experience in a software development environment;
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or equivalent);
- Experience in writing user stories and acceptance criteria;
- Good understanding of business processes and their translation into technological solutions;
- Excellent sense of organization and priority management;
- Ability to make decisions and advance cases;
- Skill in influencing and mobilizing stakeholders;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills;
- Team spirit and collaborative approach;
- Autonomy, initiative, and judgment;
- Customer and results orientation.
