Description
The successful candidate will contribute to the improvement and evolution of our business solutions in a collaborative and regulated environment. They will also participate in the analysis, design, development, testing, and maintenance of applications. Additionally, they will work closely with stakeholders to deliver reliable, secure, and organization-need-aligned solutions.
Main Responsibilities
- Participate in the design of solutions;
- Develop, maintain, and optimize existing applications;
- Perform unit testing and ensure the quality of the produced code;
- Collaborate with development team members, analysts, and business users;
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes;
- Ensure compliance with established security, compliance, and quality standards;
- Participate in incident resolution and analysis of complex problems.
Required Profile
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related discipline with 10 years of experience in a similar role, business analysis. Any other combination of education and experience deemed equivalent will be considered;
- Excellent proficiency in Java;
- Good knowledge of Kotlin;
- Experience with PostgreSQL databases;
- Development experience with the Apache Wicket framework;
- Knowledge of software development principles, testing, and continuous integration;
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or equivalent);
- Experience working in a continuous delivery and continuous improvement context.
- Ability to adapt to a regulated environment where compliance, security, and traceability are important;
- Excellent team spirit and ability to collaborate with various stakeholders;
- Strong autonomy and organizational skills;
- Analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Concern for quality and user satisfaction;
- Excellent communication skills.
