Member Service Advisor

We are looking for a Member Service Advisor whose first wish is to make a difference in people's lives through warm and convivial welcome from the crack of dawn Monday to Friday from 4:45 AM to 1:15 PM.

The advisor will ensure that at all times, an exceptional experience is offered to each member or visitor. They will be committed to responding to their needs to help them achieve their goals.

As an advisor, your role will consist of: Welcoming and greeting each person who enters the gym with joy.

Responding to the needs of each person by ensuring they receive exceptional service, whether in person, by phone, or via email.

Ensuring the quality and cleanliness of the facilities.

Advising each client appropriately, without pressure, regarding the various subscription offers.

Making follow-up phone calls.

Maintaining a joyful and convivial atmosphere.

Required Skills: High school diploma (DES) minimum.

Experience in customer service/sales.

Hold a RCR/DEA certification.

Very good written and verbal communication skills in French (English is an asset).

Employment Details: Full-time 40 hours

Monday to Friday from 4:45 AM to 1:45 PM.
