Your daily tasks

• Support and inspire sales and operations teams in their daily activities;
• Participate in the recruitment, training, and integration of new team members;
• Identify the needs and develop the skills of employees through tailored solutions;
• Build strong and lasting business relationships with our clientele;
• Contribute to the development and implementation of sales and operations development strategies;
