Reporting to the Regional Director, Operations, the incumbent will manage the residences, human resources, and financial resources. They will control operational costs while respecting budgets, maintain a high occupancy rate, and ensure the visibility of the residence within the community. They will ensure the achievement of business objectives and the maintenance and improvement of service quality.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent experience
• 7 years of experience in a management position or service company
• Demonstrate Chartwell's RESPECT values
• Leadership

• Supervisory skills
• Strong listening and communication skills
• Customer service orientation
• High availability and flexibility in scheduling (weekends according to the rotation established with the management team)
