- Contribute to the design and evolution of digital solutions supporting Collective Savings and Retirement.
- Participate in impact analyses, estimates, planning, testing, and production deployments.

- Identify opportunities for improvement, automation, and optimization of business processes.
- Collaborate with development and quality assurance teams, while contributing to documentation, knowledge sharing, and the evolution of delivery practices.

- We are looking for someone who:
- Holds a DEC or bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Has 2 to 5 years of experience in IT analysis, functional analysis, or digital solution delivery.
- Demonstrates strong analytical, synthesis, and problem-solving skills.
- Is recognized for their collaboration, autonomy, and ability to positively influence teams.
- Exhibits excellent communication and communication skills.
- Is motivated by continuous learning, experimentation with new approaches, and continuous improvement.
- Is familiar with Agile, SAFe, or Lean methodologies.
Qualifications That Could Set You Apart
- Experience or interest in Salesforce, including CRM, Experience Cloud, automation, or customer journeys.
- Interest in using artificial intelligence to enhance analysis, documentation, testing, and operational efficiency.
- Knowledge of data technologies, integration, and cloud platforms.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Power BI, SQL, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with the insurance, savings, or financial services industry.
