As a Director – Artificial Intelligence, you will be at the heart of our AI ambition. Here are the main responsibilities:
- Define, communicate, and evolve the AI squad's vision in alignment with the organization's strategic priorities and business line needs.
- Establish, mobilize, and develop a multidisciplinary team comprising expertise in product, data, AI engineering, software development, and delivery.
- Oversee the selection, prioritization, and execution of a portfolio of high-impact AI use cases, balancing business value, technical feasibility, risks, and delivery capacity.
- Transform ideas, proofs of concept, and prototypes into robust, secure, measurable, and production-ready solutions.
- Collaborate closely with business, IT, architecture, data, cybersecurity, compliance, personal information protection, risk, and operations teams to ensure seamless and responsible integration of AI solutions.
- Establish practices, standards, and delivery frameworks for artificial intelligence, including RAG approaches, AI agents, LLMOps/MLOps practices, model evaluation, observability, security, and governance.
- Promote responsible use of artificial intelligence by integrating ethical, transparent, privacy, security, and risk management principles.
- Implement mechanisms to measure value, assessing adoption, business benefits, solution quality, and overall initiative performance.
- Guide strategic decisions regarding platforms, models, cloud services, and technological directions in AI.
- Develop team talent through coaching, recruitment, priority management, and skill development.
- Represent the AI function to internal partners and executive governance bodies.
- Maintain active awareness of trends, innovations, and best practices in artificial intelligence and digital solution delivery.

- We are looking for someone who:
- Is recognized for their mobilizing leadership and ability to build and develop high-performing multidisciplinary teams.
- Excels in understanding artificial intelligence technologies, including generative AI, large language models (LLM), RAG architectures, intelligent agents, and MLOps/LLMOps practices.
- Demonstrates a strong business sense and proven ability to turn complex opportunities into measurable, concrete initiatives.
- Possesses a solid understanding of governance, security, privacy, regulatory compliance, and responsible AI use.
- Is known for their communication, influence, and outreach skills with technical, non-technical, and executive audiences.
- Has significant experience in technological delivery leadership, digital transformation, data, advanced analytics, or artificial intelligence.
- Exhibits intellectual curiosity, professional judgment, operational rigor, and a strong client orientation.
- Holds a relevant university degree in computer science, software engineering, data science, information systems, administration, analytics, or a related field.
- Has experience in a regulated environment, particularly in the financial, insurance, or sensitive data management sectors.
- Advanced English language proficiency is required, as the role holder will be expected to collaborate, influence, present recommendations, participate in committees, evaluate technological solutions, interact with vendors, and work on AI initiatives with internal and external English-speaking partners, teams, and stakeholders on a regular basis.
What Will Be Considered an Asset
- Experience with cloud platforms and enterprise AI services, such as Azure AI, Azure OpenAI, Google Vertex AI, Google Gemini Enterprise, or equivalent solutions.
- Knowledge of frameworks, tools, or platforms related to large language models (LLM), AI agents, RAG architectures, vector databases, semantic search, workflow orchestration, and model evaluation.
- Experience in scaling AI solutions beyond prototypes, including user adoption, change management, operational support, observability, continuous improvement, and benefit measurement.
- Knowledge of AI governance frameworks, responsible AI, technological risk management, cybersecurity, personal information protection, or data governance.
- Experience in committee facilitation, executive stakeholder management, operational model definition, organizational transformation, or creation of new technological capabilities.
- Certifications or training in product management, agile methods, data, artificial intelligence, information security, governance, architecture, or program management.
