Mobile / Full-Stack Developer

Job Context

Under the responsibility of the Director of the Technology Department, the Mobile / Full-Stack Developer plays a key role in the daily execution of technological projects. They actively participate in the development, evolution, and maintenance of the company's mobile applications and web platforms. This role addresses the need to strengthen the development team by contributing to the realization of high-performance, secure, and scalable solutions, while applying best programming practices and the quality standards established by the team.

On a daily basis, you will collaborate closely with developers, analysts, product managers, and other members of the technical team to design, develop, test, and deploy new features. You will have the opportunity to develop your technical skills in a collaborative environment, learn from experienced colleagues, and make a direct impact on the company's products and services.

Main Responsibilities

Project Delivery and Execution

Mobile Development: Act as a reference for mobile development within the team.

Design, develop, and maintain high-performance and secure mobile applications.

Full-Stack Development: Participate in the front-end and back-end development of web applications.

Ensure continuous integration and deployment of new features.

Collaborate with other team members to ensure project quality and efficiency.

R&D:

Contribute to the research and development of new technologies and solutions to enhance the company's products and services.

Desired Profile

Experience and Skills

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in mobile application programming;
• Hands-on experience with developer teams;
• Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban);

Experience in TypeScript and/or React (Next.js) is an asset;

• Good knowledge of Jira, Slack, and the collaborative ecosystem;

Demonstrated ability to advance and complete complex projects.

Native French, professional English.

Working Conditions

Permanent, full-time position 40 hours/week, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm

Hybrid work mode (Minimum 2 days/week)

Presence in Quebec City or Montreal

Position reports directly to the Director of the Technology Department

• Salary: $65,000 - $75,000/year
