In the context of various projects, we are currently looking for a QUALITY STANDARDS VERIFIER (M/F)!

Under the responsibility of the Project Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that equipment, materials, and components meet technical, contractual, and quality requirements before shipment to the client's site. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Planning the transportation of equipment and materials.
• Conducting inspection visits at suppliers to monitor the progress of manufacturing (if necessary).
• Verifying the compliance of equipment, materials, and components according to technical specifications, contractual requirements, and applicable standards.
• Controlling dimensions, materials, assemblies, welds, coatings, and finishes in accordance with project requirements.
• Confirming that the required tests and inspections (e.g., FAT) have been completed before authorization for shipment.
• Conducting final inspections before the shipment of equipment.
• Verifying quantities, part numbers, and the compliance of components with purchase orders.
• Authorizing or recommending the release of equipment when all requirements are met.
• Identifying, documenting, and following up on non-conformities until their resolution.
• Verifying the compliance of quality documentation (certificates of conformity, material certificates, test reports, drawings, manuals, packing lists, etc.).
• Producing inspection reports and ensuring the traceability of inspections and approvals.
• Collaborating closely with engineering, procurement, and supplier teams to address quality issues.

YOUR PROFILE

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in inspection, quality assurance, or industrial manufacturing.
• Experience in inspecting equipment for the mining sector (a valuable asset).
• Excellent ability to read and interpret technical drawings and quotations.
• Good knowledge of inspection and quality control procedures in manufacturing.
• Proficiency in quality documentation (material certificates, test reports, manufacturing folders, etc.).
• Knowledge of equipment reception and shipment processes.
• Bilingual French/English, both spoken and written.
