Junior Accounting Technician — Sanuvox Technologies

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a junior accounting technician to join our finance team.

Reporting directly to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), the junior accounting technician will support the company's daily accounting and administrative operations. This position is ideal for a newly graduated or early-career individual looking to develop their skills in a stimulating manufacturing environment.

Main Responsibilities

• Manage the Receivables cycle: invoicing, collection, and payment processing, etc.
• Participate (in collaboration with the accounting manager) in Accounts Payable
• Monitor and validate corporate credit cards and expense accounts
• File and archive accounting documents (both physical and electronic)
• Respond to internal and external requests
• Provide general administrative support and perform other related tasks
• Collaborate with the finance team on ad-hoc projects and process improvements

Requirements

• DEC or AEC in accounting, newly graduated or up to 2 years of experience
• Proficiency in Excel
• Knowledge of Notixia or Zoho — an asset
• Bilingual French/English required, both spoken and written, due to regular interactions with out-of-province customers and suppliers
• Meticulousness, attention to detail, and organizational skills
