By leading a committed team of professionals, you will ensure the quality of financial information, guide key accounting processes, and support managers in their decisions. Main Responsibilities
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and reliability of the financial information of all entities within Groupe Fruit d’Or, as well as oversee the preparation of consolidated and non-consolidated financial statements.
- Lead, support, and mentor accountants in the application of accounting policies, internal controls, and financial processes of the organization.
- Analyze financial results, identify discrepancies, formulate recommendations, and contribute to improving the group's financial performance.
- Ensure the evolution and optimization of financial management practices, processes, and tools to increase operational efficiency and the quality of the information produced.
- Supervise the annual budgeting process, periodic financial forecasts, and the monitoring of the organization's financial performance.
- Establish, follow, and evolve financial performance indicators for the various business units.
- Develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure compliance and continuous improvement of organizational processes.
- Manage, develop, and mobilize the team under your responsibility.
- Supervise the management of treasury, liquidity, and currency hedging strategies of the organization.
- Coordinate external audit work and ensure the preparation and quality of verification files.
- Participate in the monitoring of financing, credit agreements, and the organization's financial obligations, in collaboration with financial partners.
- Ensure the application of controls related to procurement and service contracts.
- Act as an advisor to the management in matters of accounting, taxation, and financial management, while maintaining awareness of best practices and regulatory changes.
- Contribute your expertise in the context of improvement projects, system implementation, and the organization's strategic initiatives.
- Act as a strategic partner to the management to drive profitability and achieve BAIIA targets.
- Support financial analysis and financing of growth and investment projects in fixed assets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field;
- CPA designation required;
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, including several years in a management role.
- Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English and French;
- Experience in a multisociety or manufacturing environment, an asset;
- Mastery of accounting principles and applicable financial standards.
- Expertise in the preparation and consolidation of financial statements.
- Solid knowledge of internal controls, auditing, and regulatory requirements.
- Knowledge of NCECF standards;
- Mastery of ERP systems and business intelligence tools.
- Excellent mastery of Excel and financial analysis tools.

Working Conditions and Environment
- Occasional travel required to the group's various facilities.
