- Perform accounting entries and account analyses;
- Prepare invoices and credit notes in accordance with received requests;
- Approve invoices in Concur;
- Analyze discrepancies and contribute to resolving issues related to account reconciliation;
- Collaborate on the preparation of quarterly and annual audit files;
- Produce payment reports for producers;
- Validate the accuracy of data used for financial purposes;
- Participate in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements;
- Perform various financial analyses to support operations;
- Contribute to the improvement of accounting processes.
Qualifications
- Currently studying accounting;
- Advanced Excel skills and good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite;
- Knowledge of SAP, Concur, and Hyperion (asset);
- Meticulousness, autonomy, and sense of responsibility;
- Analytical skills and attention to detail;
- Initiative and interest in continuous process improvement;
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a constantly evolving environment;
- Intermediate English (spoken and written). The employee will occasionally need to communicate with internal colleagues and external anglophone partners located outside Quebec.
