• Perform accounting entries and account analyses;
• Prepare invoices and credit notes in accordance with received requests;
• Approve invoices in Concur;
• Analyze discrepancies and contribute to resolving issues related to account reconciliation;
• Collaborate on the preparation of quarterly and annual audit files;
• Produce payment reports for producers;
• Validate the accuracy of data used for financial purposes;
• Participate in the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements;
• Perform various financial analyses to support operations;
• Contribute to the improvement of accounting processes.

Qualifications

• Currently studying accounting;
• Advanced Excel skills and good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite;
• Knowledge of SAP, Concur, and Hyperion (asset);
• Meticulousness, autonomy, and sense of responsibility;
• Analytical skills and attention to detail;
• Initiative and interest in continuous process improvement;
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a constantly evolving environment;
• Intermediate English (spoken and written). The employee will occasionally need to communicate with internal colleagues and external anglophone partners located outside Quebec.
