+ Position offered: Sales Associate in Ready-to-Wear + Location: Fréjus / Saint Raphaël + Contract type: Alternance – Rhythm 2 days of training at Puget sur Argens training center and 3 days in the company in Fréjus or Saint Raphaël + Duration: 24 months + Contract start date: 01/08/2026 + Prepared training: BTS MCO + Training center location: FORMAPLUS in Puget Sur Argens

Your missions:

Welcome, advise, and sell clothing and accessories to a diverse clientele, embodying the brand's spirit and image, while contributing to commercial objectives and store presentation quality.

+ Welcome customers, identify their needs, style, body type, and budget.

+ Advise on collections, cuts, materials, sizes, and piece associations (complete outfits, accessories).

+ Provide top-notch after-sales service: exchanges, returns, and handling simple disputes according to procedure.

+ Apply sales techniques: active listening, argumentation, and additional sales (accessories, complementary pieces).

+ Contribute to achieving individual and collective objectives (sales volume, average basket size, conversion rate, customer loyalty).

+ Participate in the setup of collections according to display plans and brand directives.

+ Maintain the display areas: storage, folding, hangers, labeling, pricing, and signage.

+ Ensure the cleanliness and attractiveness of the sales space (floor, dressing rooms, displays).

+ Process purchases, manage various payment methods, and apply cash and security procedures.

+ Strong interest in fashion, good aesthetic sense, and curiosity about trends.

+ Dynamism, team spirit, and flexibility (evenings, weekends, holidays according to store opening).

+ Meticulousness, organization, ability to work on your feet, and handle heavy loads (boxes, hangers, racks).
