... DevOps and Platform Reliability combines responsibilities in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE), and platform automation. This role is responsible for CI/CD capabilities, deployment automation, observability, technical governance of production releases, and reliability practices for internally managed services at Collabria. The incumbent works in collaboration with cloud, application, and integration teams to reduce repetitive operational tasks, improve deployment outcomes, and ensure that production services can be monitored and restored effectively. Specifically, you will be tasked with:
- Designing, developing, and maintaining secure CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions for applications, APIs, and infrastructure.
- Standardizing build, test, approval, promotion between environments, and deployment practices while preserving the required separation of responsibilities.
- Integrating automated quality, security, and configuration validation controls into delivery flows.
- Establishing practical service level indicators (SLI), service level objectives (SLO), and operational metrics for critical internally managed services.
- Implementing dashboards, logs, and alerts using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights, ensuring alerts are actionable and associated with clearly identified support personnel.
- Analyzing trends in reliability, capacity, performance, and recurring failures, then driving required corrective actions.
- Taking ownership of Terraform pipeline integration, including planning, validation, approval, deployment, and proof retention steps.
- Collaborating with the cloud engineer regarding modules, state management processes, and environment configuration, as well as with the technical platform manager for governance standards.
- Coordinating the technical readiness state of production releases by ensuring approved changes include test proofs, deployment plans, rollback procedures, communications, and post-deployment checks.
- Supporting scheduled and emergency deployments, including off-hours interventions when necessary for critical services.

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, information technology, or a related field
- Minimum of six years of experience in DevOps, SRE, platform engineering, or cloud operations, including production support
- Please note that other combinations of relevant education and experience may be considered
- French language proficiency required
- Advanced intermediate English proficiency due to the nature of tasks, work tools, or interactions with English-speaking partners, members, or clients
- Expertise with Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions, infrastructure as code (IaC), observability, and production deployment automation
- Experience in financial services or another regulated environment
- Expertise with Docker, Kubernetes, AKS, or Helm is an asset when relevant to Collabria's roadmap
- Proficiency in Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Git, CI/CD design, and deployment governance
- Knowledge of Terraform, Bicep, PowerShell, and automated infrastructure validation
- Knowledge of Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Application Insights, performance, and availability analysis
- Knowledge of Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure storage, networking, and native cloud deployment models
