Working Conditions
- Night shift position from Monday 11:00 PM to Friday morning 7:00 AM
- 32 hours worked (4 nights), 40 PAID HOURS! - Prime of 8 hours per week + a prime of 9% of the salary per Hour
- Starting salary of $39.87 per hour and a raise after 1 year to $42.19/hour
- 3 weeks of vacation after 1 year

Responsibilities
- Repair and maintain the building and all equipment serving the building and production.
- Participate in training colleagues.
- Manufacture pieces of varying complexity.
- Ensure the proper functioning of the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning control systems of the building.
- Ensure the maintenance, repair, and adjustment of process control systems and instruments.
- Perform preventive maintenance tasks as scheduled.
- Respond to production line, equipment, or building emergency calls.
- Collaborate on electrical and mechanical maintenance work.
- Perform instrument calibrations according to a defined frequency.
- Perform all other related tasks
Requirements
- Hold a qualification in electromechanical from a recognized Quebec institution
- Have a minimum of 8 years of demonstrated experience in a similar position
- Hold a C license
- Be able to pass a mechanical evaluation
- Troubleshooting aptitudes
- Team spirit
- Analytical mind
- Strong sense of autonomy and resourcefulness
- Good knowledge of spoken and written French
- Pass BPF exam
