Working Conditions

• Night shift position from Monday 11:00 PM to Friday morning 7:00 AM
• 32 hours worked (4 nights), 40 PAID HOURS! - Prime of 8 hours per week + a prime of 9% of the salary per Hour
• Starting salary of $39.87 per hour and a raise after 1 year to $42.19/hour
• 3 weeks of vacation after 1 year

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain the building and all equipment serving the building and production.
• Participate in training colleagues.
• Manufacture pieces of varying complexity.
• Ensure the proper functioning of the heating, ventilation, and air conditioning control systems of the building.
• Ensure the maintenance, repair, and adjustment of process control systems and instruments.
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks as scheduled.
• Respond to production line, equipment, or building emergency calls.
• Collaborate on electrical and mechanical maintenance work.
• Perform instrument calibrations according to a defined frequency.
• Perform all other related tasks

Requirements

• Hold a qualification in electromechanical from a recognized Quebec institution
• Have a minimum of 8 years of demonstrated experience in a similar position
• Hold a C license
• Be able to pass a mechanical evaluation
• Troubleshooting aptitudes
• Team spirit
• Analytical mind
• Strong sense of autonomy and resourcefulness
• Good knowledge of spoken and written French
• Pass BPF exam
