What Will You Do?
- PM and Calibration Data Manager: Enter data regarding preventive maintenance (PM) plans and calibrations into the maintenance and calibration CMMS.
- BT and DEP Archivist: Archive work orders (BT) and preventive maintenance directives (DEP) in electronic and paper formats.
- Inventory Manager: Participate in the management of parts inventories.
- Quality Investigation Support: Support and follow the investigation process of quality incidents and CAPA involving maintenance services, contributing to the establishment of corrective and preventive measures to be applied to maintenance and calibration documents (SOP, PM and Calibration program documents).
- KPI Reporter: Participate in providing information for maintenance performance indicators (KPI), PM vs. CM, downtime per month vs. planned production time.
What Will You Bring?
- Active Learner: Currently pursuing your Bachelor's degree in a COOP program in Electrical, Mechanical, Chemical or Software Engineering and returning to your studies in Winter 2027, you're eager to absorb new knowledge and tackle challenges head-on.
- Technological Proficiency: Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite and SAP, you are ready to explore and utilize various tools and platforms to enhance our efforts. Experience with quality tools such as lean manufacturing and Six Sigma is an asset.
- Detailed, Organizational & Time Management Guru: Demonstrate your exceptional attention to detail, organizational and time management skills to keep projects on track and meet deadlines.
- Availability: Ready to commit to 37.5 hours full-time position on-site at our offices in Kirkland, QC for the duration of the fall.
