Playground is an internationally renowned gaming destination located a short 15-minute drive south of downtown Montreal, within the Mohawk territory of Kahnawake. We are currently expanding, unveiling new gaming floors, a luxurious hotel, and specialized dining options.
Position Overview
As a *Pizzaiolo (pizza maker)*, your role is all about crafting the perfect pizza - from kneading the dough to selecting the freshest ingredients and creating mouthwatering combinations that leave a lasting impression. You'll be a culinary maestro, handcrafting each pizza with love and precision, ensuring every bite is a taste of perfection.

Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain a clean working area and cooking surfaces to make pizzas
- Understand POS generated orders
- Evaluate all food requirements and maintain the standard level and quantity for the same at all times
- Respect health and safety procedures
- Keeps the pizza counter stocked and garnished, restocking regularly
- Close and clean the station according to restaurant standards
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and the chef
Requirements
- Must be fluent in English or French and 18 years or older
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Must be able to adapt to different environments and speeds
- Presents a clean-cut, neat and professional image
- Ability to multitask and remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
- Has an excellent understanding of time management
- A positive and collaborative team player attitude
- Must be able to work on your feet for the duration of the shift
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends, evenings, overnight hours and holidays
