Hours: Monday to Thursday from 8:00 AM to 6:30 PM (10 hours worked per day, 40 hours worked per week). Overtime possible.

Sample Preparation Technician, permanent contract. Several positions available immediately. Earliest possible start date.

What you will do

• Crush, pulverize, and sift geological and environmental samples (rock, mineral, and soil);
• Manual dexterity, capable of lifting weights between 40 to 50 pounds;
• Capable of precision in a fast-paced environment;
• Proven organizational and results-oriented management skills;
• Assist with operational logistics;
• Follow quality control/CQ guidelines.

Work Conditions

• Tight deadlines;
• Fixed-term contract (seasonal contract);
• Standing for prolonged periods;
• Noisy and dusty work environment;
• No tools required;
• No experience required.
