Responsibilities

The successful candidate must welcome, inform, and assist customers in their vehicle purchase and/or rental process.

• Welcome the customer, establish a relationship of trust, and demonstrate a serious commitment to customer satisfaction;
• Maintain rigorous follow-up with customers who have purchased a vehicle and with customers who have not yet made a purchase;
• Attend training courses on products and sales as directed by the sales director;
• Maintain rigorous follow-up with customers who have purchased/rented a vehicle and with customers who have not yet made a purchase;
• Perform other tasks as needed and as directed by management.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the automotive industry;
• Excellent team spirit;
• Proficiency in new technologies;
• Valid driver's license.
