The Business Intelligence Analyst supports the Data and Strategic Planning organization by developing, maintaining, and enhancing analytics, dashboards, and data products across the network. This role contributes to the Sales Analytics, Operational Analytics, and Network Performance teams by ensuring data is accurate, available on time, and tailored for decision-making. The position is primarily focused on data execution and enablement.
Description
- Develop, enhance, and maintain analytical dashboards and network-wide reports to support revenue forecasting, capacity planning, *Win Room* analysis, and performance management.
- Maintain and improve Power BI reports, data models, and reports, including performance optimization and user-friendly design.
- Support proof of concepts and new analytical use cases by fostering rapid iteration and continuous improvement of data products.
- Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data across analytical results, underlying tables, and report production logic.
- Leverage dashboards and tools to support business process improvement projects and data-driven decision-making.
- Act as a resource person between analytical teams and IT/Digital teams, particularly for data warehouse integration, data update reliability, and technical troubleshooting.
- Support Sales Analytics and Operational Analytics leaders by translating analytical needs into scalable solutions.
- Deliverables:
+ Power BI dashboards and standardized reports (e.g., Win Room, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), TR/TD, Vacant Seats, Capacity, etc.).
+ Reliable and documented data models supporting forecasting and performance analysis.
+ Data quality controls and correction recommendations.
+ Technical support for new analytical concepts and enhancements.
+ Written presentations and reports.
Minimum qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, statistics, or analytical support roles.
- Experience in functions involving exposure to financial planning and analysis (FP&A), supply and demand planning, or supply chain management.
- Strong skills in Excel, data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker), data modeling, and SQL. Exposure to AI models is an asset.
- Good understanding of data quality, data governance, and report production standards.

- Ability to translate business requirements into data technical solutions.
- Excellent collaboration skills with data scientists.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; ability to analyze, interpret, and synthesize data.
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, including client orientation, teamwork, and adaptability.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills (French and English): English proficiency is required for this position, as it involves participation in international meetings and projects, as well as interactions with colleagues or clients located in other provinces or countries.
