This position supports TSA (Technician in Animal Health) and veterinarians in basic care, preparation, and organization. Current clinic hours: Monday to

Thursday 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM and

Friday 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM

  • Full-time or part-time
  • Any evening or Saturday shifts will be scheduled and discussed in advance
  • COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
  • $22–24/hour for a person in development with relevant first experience
  • $25–27/hour for an independent person in manipulation, basic care, clinical hygiene, and customer support
  • $28–30/hour for a very experienced person in veterinary clinics, capable of effectively supporting operations and colleague integration

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare and clean consultation rooms and care areas
  • Clean and disinfect cages, surfaces, instruments, and equipment
  • Contribute to secure animal containment according to received training
  • Feed, walk, and monitor hospitalized or boarded animals
  • Prepare materials and restock supplies
  • Support reception, reminders, files, and simple customer communications
  • Assist TSA and veterinarians only in non-reserved tasks

PROFILE REQUIRED

  • Experience in veterinary clinics, shelters, boarding, grooming, animal laboratories, or other animal care professional environments, a significant asset
  • Ease and caution in handling dogs and cats
  • Reliability, quick execution, and concern for cleanliness
  • Functional French; English, an asset only
