The challenges you will face

Under the authority of the immediate supervisor, you are responsible for supporting the various stakeholders in the design and improvement of processes, methods, and tools related to the management of projects and/or strategic programs of the Service. You participate in the planning, execution, and control of projects to deliver them on time and within the established budgets.

You ensure the performance of the Service's project portfolio by producing monthly reports on the situation. You maintain an overall view of the various projects and programs and provide the exact real-time portrait to the different stakeholders according to their needs and level of involvement.

The ideal profile for us

  • Hold a bachelor's degree in administration or any other bachelor's degree deemed relevant;
  • Possess five (5) years of experience, including:
  • + project management in construction and/or portfolio management;
  • + project cost control;
  • Mastery of computer tools such as Word, Excel (advanced level), MS-Project, and Project Management;
  • Knowledge of the Power BI software, an asset.
