Full Stack Developer (React / Next.js)

This internship is non-paid, and it can be done part-time or full-time.

Location: 163 Rue St Paul Ouest, Montréal QC (In-person)

Hours: Monday to Friday

Projects: Artur.art & Loriginal.org

About the

Role: We are looking for a passionate Full Stack Developer to take charge of the development and evolution of the Artur.art and Loriginal.org platforms. You will be the central technical pillar, working on modern and performant interfaces serving art and culture.

Your Responsibilities

• Feature Development: Design and implement new front-end (React) and back-end (API Routes Next.js / Serverless) features.
• Architecture & Deployment: Manage the application lifecycle via GitHub and Vercel (CI/CD, pre-production/production environment management).
• Optimization: Ensure the performance (Core Web Vitals) and technical SEO of the sites.
• Technical Collaboration:
• Work together with the Cybersecurity intern to apply security fixes.
• Collaborate with the QA intern to integrate user feedback and facilitate test automation.

Technical Stack

• Core: React, Next.js (App Router / Pages Router).
• Language: JavaScript (ES6+) / TypeScript (a major asset).
• Deployment: Vercel, GitHub Actions.
• Styles: CSS Modules, Tailwind CSS or Styled Components.

Profile Sought

• Practical experience in web development using the React/Next.js stack.
• Ability to work autonomously and solve complex problems.
• Sensitivity to design and user experience (UX/UI).
• Interest in the artistic or cultural field is a plus.
