Sales and Customer Service Advisor

You will be responsible for

• Offering a wide range of products to our customers
• Providing detailed information about our products and services
• Conducting research and entering necessary information for quotes
• Maintaining rigorous follow-up with potential clients
• Providing exceptional service through your engagement, dynamism, and efficiency
• Interacting with customers via phone, email, and in person

Job Requirements

• Experience in customer service
• Ability to advise people
• Excellent knowledge of computer tools (Outlook 365, Excel, and Word)
• Ability to concentrate in a multitasking context
• Ability to organize work and follow up
• Rigor and attention to detail
• Willingness to work as a team for a common success

Experience

• Customer service: 3 years (Preferred)
