We are looking for a passionate sales advisor in fashion and customer service to join one of our teams.

Your role

As an ambassador for the brand, you create a personalized and memorable experience for each of our clients. You understand their needs, share your product expertise, and contribute to bringing the Quartz Co. universe to life in-store.

Your responsibilities

• Welcome each client with professionalism and authenticity.
• Offer a personalized shopping and consulting experience.
• Present the collections, materials, technologies, and craftsmanship of Quartz Co.
• Meet and exceed individual and team goals.
• Participate in receiving merchandise, restocking, and maintaining visual standards.
• Contribute to keeping the store impeccably clean at all times.
• Participate in events, collection launches, and in-store activations.
• Build lasting relationships with our customers.

The profile we are looking for

• Passion for fashion, design, or luxury brands.
• Experience in retail sales (fashion or luxury, an asset).
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Team spirit, autonomy, and initiative.
• Positive attitude and attention to detail.
• Bilingualism (French and English), an important asset.
