Supply Planner

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Issues and tracks orders according to various types of production, sales, contractual, service, proactive supply, warranty, and/or other requests until their closure using available tools
• Analyzes and develops supply scenarios based on past, current, and future demand, supplier constraints, and implements them through configuration tools while optimizing piece distribution flows
• Participates in supplier evaluations and meetings; initiates necessary corrective actions and tracks catch-up measures when orders are not met
• Manages activities related to the piece lifecycle. Develops action plans for inventory disposition and system parameter adjustment by engaging internal stakeholders
• Verifies compliance of results using KPIs and individual and collective dashboards; implements action plans to correct deviations
• Coordinates the creation, issuance, supply, and assembly of kits for the entire service network
• Coordinates specific projects for the service such as accident vehicles, major repairs, and any other local special projects

REQUIREMENTS

• DEC in business management
• 3 years of relevant experience in supply
• Proficiency in spoken and written English (advanced level)
• Or
• Certificate in supply chain management or logistics management or equivalent
• 2 years of relevant experience in supply
• Proficiency in spoken and written English (advanced level)
• Or
• BACC in administration or BACC in operations and logistics engineering or equivalent
• Proficiency in spoken and written English (advanced level)
