Senior AI Integration Advisor

As a Senior AI Integration Advisor, you will contribute to realizing the AI ambitions of PVP Operations by transforming business opportunities into concrete, operational, and measurable AI solutions. You will be responsible for deploying AI use cases, industrializing practices, and supporting teams in transforming their ways of working. Specifically, you will be tasked with:

• Identifying, qualifying, and recommending high-potential AI use cases with the operations sector, evaluating their business value, feasibility, and associated success criteria.
• Contributing and coordinating the implementation of AI solutions such as conversational agents, enabling AI capabilities in business systems, AI-agent-based automation capabilities, and other solutions aimed at improving productivity.
• Ensuring alignment and coordination with key stakeholders, including business, technology, AI governance, data, process, risk, compliance, and end-user teams, to facilitate the design, validation, and deployment of solutions.
• Monitoring solutions post-deployment to adjust, improve, and document learnings.
• Contributing to the evolution of roles, processes, and work practices by supporting teams in integrating AI solutions into their ways of working.
• Contributing to the industrialization of AI practices by defining execution standards, tracking mechanisms, success criteria, reusable templates, and practices promoting robustness, maintenance, and scalability.
• Conducting a watch on AI solutions, capabilities, and trends to identify new application opportunities in operations and recommend the most suitable solutions for business needs.

What You Will Bring

• Bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline (data science, engineering, or business administration with a specialization in AI)
• Minimum of six years of relevant experience in technological project management, AI, or advanced analytics
• Note: Other combinations of education and relevant experience may be considered
• Practical experience in deploying or operationalizing AI solutions in an organizational context
• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and bridging the gap between business needs and technological capabilities
• Proficiency in French is required
• Expertise in understanding business needs and recommending the most suitable AI solutions for operational challenges
• Knowledge of operational processes and business systems, as well as experience in the back-office operations of a financial institution
• Familiarity with major AI solutions and platforms, including generative approaches, low-code/no-code tools, conversational agents, and intelligent automation solutions
