We are looking for an industrial mechanic to join our maintenance team. This is a full-time permanent position with an evening shift schedule from Monday to Thursday, 1:00 PM to 11:30 PM.
Your Responsibilities:
Perform preventive maintenance, repair, adjustment, alignment, and maintenance of various equipment, such as:
- Conveyor;
- Crusher;
- Shredder;
- Vibrating table;
- Hydraulic system;
- Press.
- Diagnose mechanical anomalies, malfunctions, and breakdowns;
- Check for wear and tear, repair or replace defective parts, components, or systems;
- Test repaired equipment to verify performance and ensure compliance;
- Collaborate on problem-solving to improve equipment efficiency;
- Perform installation and upgrade work on new machines or equipment;
- Complete work orders and perform necessary follow-ups;
- Keep the workplace clean and safe;
- Work safely and in accordance with SST policies and company procedures.
To join our team
- Solid experience in the maintenance, repair, and adjustment of mechanical equipment such as conveyors, crushers, shredders, vibrating tables, hydraulic systems, and presses.
- Ability to diagnose mechanical anomalies, malfunctions, and breakdowns, as well as to repair or replace defective parts, components, or systems.
- Competence in equipment testing to verify that performance meets standards after repair or replacement.
- Ability to collaborate on problem-solving to improve equipment efficiency and functionality.
- Knowledge of safety protocols, including workplace cleanliness, compliance with health and safety regulations (SST), and safe task execution.
Additional Information
- Full-time permanent position
- Evening shift: Monday to Thursday, 1:00 PM to 11:30 PM
- Evening shift premium
- Overtime after 40 hours
