Mandate

Person who adapts and verifies the menu for users and staff and executes all necessary compilations and reports. She visits users to gather information about their diet and transmits the required information to various intervenors. She controls the preparation and serving of food. She guides staff in the implementation of work and hygiene techniques. She develops, experiments, standardizes recipes and calculates the cost of goods. She participates in the qualitative and quantitative control of stocks according to the specifications established in the establishment.

Requirements

Must hold a college diploma (DEC) in dietetic techniques from a recognized school by the competent ministry.

This position also includes individuals who hold a college certificate in dietetic techniques.
