We are looking for the missing pillar in our team.

• You plan, coordinate, and supervise the daily activities of the shop to ensure the respect of operational priorities, schedules, and quality standards;
• You effectively distribute work among your team members and track the progress of the work to optimize operations;
• You coordinate the reception, identification, storage, and handling of tires and components from mining sites;
• You ensure the tracking of work orders and ensure that all required documentation is completed to allow for quick and accurate billing;
• You ensure that employees have the necessary equipment, tools, parts, and resources to effectively complete their work;
• You participate in inventory control and perform the required follow-ups to ensure the availability of products needed for operations;
• You mobilize, lead, and support your team while ensuring the respect of procedures, work methods, and quality standards;
• You manage attendance, schedules, and discipline in collaboration with the branch manager;
• You enforce health and safety standards at work and contribute to maintaining a safe work environment;
• You act as the main link between the shop, counter, sales, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and quality service;
• All other related tasks.

• We need you to have:
• Experience in managing a team;
• Experience in the commercial or mining tires industry (an asset);
• Be organized and capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously;
• Good planning and operations coordination skills;
• Mastery of various computer software (Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet);
• Judgment and the ability to establish priorities;
• Be recognized for your leadership and ability to mobilize a team;
• Be an excellent communicator and team builder.
