Franchise Delivery Assistant

Responsibilities

• Inspect and load products
• Lift and transport products to customers without damage and assemble them if needed
• Provide excellent customer service at home
• Update the status of delivery documents

Qualifications

• Ability to regularly lift and transport heavy merchandise over 50 lbs
• A high school diploma or equivalent would be an asset but is not mandatory
• Customer service oriented
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends, if needed
• Must pass a Brick-sponsored criminal background check

Bilingual (French, English – spoken and written) is necessary for frequent interactions with English and French-speaking customers in our stores, colleagues and/or internal partners/suppliers across Canada
