How will you contribute to the overall vision?

Our team in Saint-Hyacinthe is looking for a Temporary Process Lead for a role of more than 12 months who will play a key role in continuous improvement and operational excellence of the plant. You will be responsible for driving process optimization initiatives, improving service quality, and collaborating with various partners to achieve sustainable results. If you enjoy solving problems, influencing change, and generating efficiency gains in a dynamic manufacturing environment, this position is for you!

What will you do?

  • Lead the analysis and optimization of processes to improve efficiency, consistency, and operational performance.
  • Identify improvement opportunities using data, root cause analyses, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Establish and track performance indicators and service quality metrics to drive result improvement.
  • Lead or support medium-sized process improvement projects and ensure their successful implementation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to align priorities, communicate progress, and facilitate change adoption.
  • Develop and maintain process documentation, standards, and governance practices.
  • Promote Hershey’s continuous improvement culture by encouraging best practices and operational excellence.

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in continuous improvement, process optimization, operational excellence, manufacturing operations, or a related field.

Additional Qualifications

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and project management skills.
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with various teams.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is between $81,440 and $101,800 per year. The base salary offered will depend on various factors related to the position, including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, and training.
