The central nervous system of the mountain, the multiservices and rental department is a major operational and financial engine. We are looking for a field manager, analytical, and mobilizer, capable of coordinating high-volume operations, optimizing processes, and maintaining an impeccable customer service. You will be a pillar for your teams, a strategic support for the management, and an active presence on the floor.
What you will accomplish
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise the operations of various service points;
- Optimize work organization and resource allocation according to seasonal needs and budgetary goals;
- Ensure proactive field presence to support teams and maintain high service standards;
- Lead and develop senior employees, monitor performance, and apply disciplinary measures if necessary;
- Monitor performance indicators and contribute to continuous process improvement;
- Optimize inventory management (equipment, boots, skis) to ensure availability at different rental points;
- Participate in season launches and actively contribute to the employee experience (onboarding, mentoring, mobilization).
What you will bring
- At least 3 years of experience in team management, in a structured operational environment;
- Assertive leadership, ability to make decisions on the spot and keep your cool during peak periods;
- Organizational rigor, proactivity, and ability to work under pressure in an environment where operational performance is essential;
- Strong communication skills in French and English, both oral and written, due to the nature of the tasks or interactions with unilingual English-speaking colleagues, partners, or clients.
What we offer
- A strategic role at the heart of the mountain's operations;
- An engaged team where development and knowledge sharing are valued;
- Access to seasonal ski equipment and an advantageous clothing allowance;
- Day shift, including a weekend day.
