The selected person will demonstrate versatility and perform various tasks in public areas and assist comfort attendants in their work, in addition to performing various operations at the laundry and store, while respecting the procedures, standards, and norms of the hotel chain to ensure quality in maintenance and service.

Main Responsibilities

• Clean floors, carpets, walls, ceilings, and windows;
• Vacuum (in lobbies, entrance halls, common corridors of the establishments, etc.);
• Clean and polish elevator cabins;
• Sweep, wash, and wax floors;
• Wash toilets and urinals;
• Wash sinks, mirrors, and the bottom of walls in public restrooms;
• Clean fireplaces, when applicable;
• Dust in public areas, including doors, the edge of frames, and woodwork;
• Empty trash cans;
• Make a daily tour and collect papers, other debris, including cleaning of outdoor ashtrays;
• Keep storage rooms clean;
• Distribute and move furniture;
• Inform your supervisor of any anomalies encountered regarding the establishment;
• Plan the needs for bedding and dishes and other items required for the comfort of guests;
• Empty and sort pockets containing bedding and matting;
• Receive clean laundry, sort it, and distribute it according to established procedures;
• Conduct inventory of linens according to the schedule and established procedures;
• Distribute and collect bedding, dishes, and linens;
• Perform any other tasks assigned and necessary for the smooth operation of the company.

Required Skills, Abilities, and Qualities

• Secondary V or equivalent; Less than 3 months of experience in inventory control.
• Meet the physical requirements related to the position; Reliability and responsibility;
• Punctuality, good physical condition, and ability to work in a team and under pressure;
• Courtesy and customer service sense; Ability to lift heavy objects.
• Unblemished behavior, positive attitude, and exemplary conduct.
• Condition: Schedule (informative only – may vary according to operational needs);

Full-time day or evening availability, possibly including weekends.
