Postal Counter Chef

Within your team, your essential role will be

• to plan, organize, and control the operational activities and human resources of the postal service;
• to ensure the constant improvement of customer service;
• to maintain cleanliness and present an attractive image of the service;
• to maintain an adequate inventory level;
• to supervise the work of postal clerks and ensure the distribution of tasks;
• to oversee the training of staff under your supervision;
• to ensure compliance with Post Canada standards.

Hours per week

• 35 hours or more
• French language: Very good knowledge
• English language: Basic knowledge
