By joining our team, you will be at the heart of our operations, responsible for receiving and coordinating all client requests from industrial, commercial, institutional, and residential sectors in the Greater Montreal area. With your planning skills and attention to detail, you play a crucial role in coordinating the work of about thirty refrigeration technicians on the road and an administrative team.

Your daily tasks? In collaboration with the service team, ensure effective and quick interventions, maintain smooth communication with the refrigeration technicians, and provide exceptional service to our clients. Your role is essential to ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to the success of our operations. Your main responsibilities:

• Manage customer calls and requests, primarily commercial and industrial, ensuring clear and solution-oriented communication;
• Coordinate maintenance or repair interventions to ensure effective, quick, and client-expectation-conforming interventions;
• Plan and adjust the schedules of refrigeration technicians, taking into account emergencies, priorities, and available resources;
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve problematic situations and maximize customer satisfaction;
• Maintain smooth communication with refrigeration technicians and provide a motivating work environment;
• Coordinate administrative processes of orders, submissions, and billing to achieve departmental goals.
