What you will do

As a Customer Service Agent, you will respond to customer inquiries, provide information about products, promotions, services, and company policies. You will also take orders and follow up on files, all with high standards of quality service.### Profile

To succeed in this role, you will need to:

• Have a minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service;
• Be comfortable with various computer tools (CRM and Sage) and master the Office 365 suite;
• Speak and write in French and English (knowledge of English is required to be able to respond to customers outside of Quebec);
• Complete internal training on batteries, cells, and solar energy;
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent;
• Master the Office 365 suite;
• Master Sage and CRM software (an asset).
