What you will do: Welcome customers with a warm welcome message. Provide assistance regarding the styles of our products, features, and benefits. Resolve customer questions confidentially and proactively. Serve a number of customers in a busy retail environment. Meet customer needs using omnichannel as needed to ensure a positive shopping experience. Implement and process point-of-sale/cashier transactions. Complete floor replenishment and shipping as needed. Structure current promotional events and the brand loyalty program for customers. Minimize store losses by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining the store safe and clean. The qualities we love in a candidate: A positive and solution-oriented mindset. Proven customer service and engagement skills. Effective and professional verbal and written communication skills. The ability to manage multiple tasks at once.

You can: Lift 18.1 kg (40 lb) as needed, with many occasions where you will need to bend, crouch, stretch, push, and pull. Stand or walk for extended periods. Climb and descend a ladder. Be available on schedules that may include days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
