As a Team Lead for Member Services at Desjardins de Sainte-Foy, your role involves supporting the manager of your unit by overseeing the management of a team of workers. You coordinate the implementation of technical activities, projects, and action plans in line with your unit's objectives. You provide guidance and support to a team primarily composed of technical employees or support staff, assign tasks and activities, and ensure regular progress tracking on work and projects. You foster team engagement by creating a positive and motivating work environment by valuing the participation and contribution of each team member in achieving the organization's goals. You assume functional authority over the work team and manage individual performance of resources. You handle technical problem resolution and contribute to the development and improvement of work methods and procedures from a technical perspective. You act as a technical collaborator with your unit and various stakeholders. More specifically, you will be involved in:
- Participating in the definition of your unit's service offering and ensuring the implementation and execution of activities and projects under your responsibility
- Ensuring the achievement of set objectives within the allocated timeframe, managing results, performance, quality, and customer satisfaction dedicated to partners
- Providing support in the development of strategies and action plans related to the training and skill development of team resources
- Participating in the resolution of complaints and dissatisfaction that are directed to you, in accordance with company practices
- Participating in the hiring process, performance management, determination, and application of disciplinary measures, and skill development of resources, without being decision-making, and managing the budget.

What you will bring to the table
- College diploma (DEC technical) in an appropriate discipline
- Minimum of two years of relevant experience
- Please note that other combinations of education and relevant experience may be considered
- Knowledge of French required
