SALES SPECIALIST

The Sales Specialist drives sales in their department through exceptional customer service. Their role is to clearly define the needs of customers and advise them to make sales. They serve as a reference for our customers; they are present to guide customers on how to execute their projects, while presenting the different features and benefits of our merchandise selection. The aisles to which the sales specialist may be assigned include: Decoration (shades and wallpaper), Floor Coverings, Kitchens and Bathrooms, Woodworking (doors and windows) and Appliances.

Required Experience and Skills

• Have experience in a sales-focused environment.
• Be willing to work variable hours.
• Have excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Have good computer skills.
• Be able to lift up to 23 kg (50 lb) alone or with the help of a colleague.
• Pay attention to details and demonstrate autonomy, while knowing how to work in a team.
