The Promotions Associate is responsible for planning and setting up visually appealing displays throughout the store that maximize daily impact. This role includes store maintenance such as checking for empty spaces, filling shelves, presentation, and customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure promotional items are correctly placed and labeled in designated featured areas.
  • Perform item layout changes (implementation, maintenance, removal of displays, signage, etc.).
  • Fill shelves and presentation areas with care and safety.
  • Manage island ends, side panels, and platform displays by ensuring restocking as needed.
  • Remove items belonging to another location and replace damaged or expired items if necessary.
  • Ensure retail tasks are executed efficiently (e.g., stocking, labeling, "facing", cleaning, etc.).
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and identify and report low inventory levels.
  • Ensure items and surplus items are placed in the correct locations.
  • Report stolen or damaged items to the management team.
  • Help meet store audit performance requirements.
  • Complete necessary documentation daily.
  • Welcome, assist, and thank customers in a friendly manner.
  • Comply with health and safety regulations.

Requirements/Skills

  • No experience required! – We will provide all the training you need!
  • Ability to perform detailed tasks according to instructions
  • Ability to work shifts (day, evening, weekends, and holidays)
  • Ability to perform physical efforts, including standing/walking for 8 hours while frequently lifting and transporting merchandise, using a ladder, performing twists, turning, and reaching for objects
  • Strong computer and organizational skills

  • Ability to find solutions to problems, adapt, and handle difficult situations and make decisions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
