The General Adult Training Program Department contributes to the development, organization, and support of services related to general adult training. The team undertakes various tasks involving document production, information management, content quality, and continuous improvement of work tools. Your job

Under the supervision of the team, the student employee will be called upon to:

  • Participate in the redesign of the electronic classification plan of the DFGA;
  • Produce electronic templates to facilitate the layout of exams and documents in general adult training, in compliance with existing standards;
  • Produce, update, and format various administrative and professional documents;
  • Effectively use the software and office tools necessary for the performance of the mandates;
  • Contribute to the quality of the texts, both in terms of language and visual presentation;
  • Perform any other administrative task related to the needs of the team.
