Mission: The MCE performs particular and strategic functions in the governance of the state. It is primarily responsible for supporting the decision-making of government bodies. It performs, in this regard, the tasks of analysis, advice and coordination for the Premier and the Council of Ministers. The Ministry is also responsible for certain mandates entrusted by the government and coordinates government communication.
Mandate: The Deputy Director of Business Solutions and Governance in IT (DASAGRI) focuses on the design of innovative and high-performance business solutions to meet the needs of internal and external clients of the MCE. It also ensures the governance of information resources in terms of planning, architecture, quality and change management.
Your challenges
- Participate in the analyses carried out within the framework of complex mandates;
- Collaborate on the implementation and use of project management tools;
- Contribute to the planning and monitoring of projects according to organizational needs;
- Take part in the preparation of project documentation, including: project organization manual (MOP), business case, opportunity study, statement of work;
- Participate in customer committees and provide the necessary support for the logistics of meetings;
- Participate in the identification and monitoring of risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures.
Remuneration, working hours and working conditions
The minimum hourly rate is $27.19* and a 6.5% surcharge is added to this rate to compensate for certain social benefits.

In addition to working during the day, Monday to Friday, the job allows for a flexible schedule, favoring the reconciliation between work, studies and personal life, with adapted schedules:
- Regular schedule of a maximum of 14 hours/week during study sessions;
- Schedule of a maximum of 21 hours/week during reading weeks;
- Schedule of a maximum of 35 hours/week during the summer period and the Christmas break.
Under certain conditions, the duration of your student job may be extended.

Job requirements
- Be enrolled in full-time (or part-time if it is your penultimate or final session) studies for the fall 2026 session at a recognized institution by the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Higher Education, and this, in one of the following fields of study:
- + Bachelor's or Master's degree – Business Administration
- + Bachelor's or Master's degree – Computer Science
- + Bachelor's or Master's degree – Project Management
- Hold Canadian citizenship, permanent resident status or a study permit issued by the competent federal authority.
- Have appropriate French language skills for the functions.

- Rigor in the execution of assigned tasks;
- Creativity and initiative;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams and Project products;
- Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate within a team.
