Objective

Lead and oversee the activities of Private Banking in the Quebec and Ottawa regions to ensure that business strategies, plans, and initiatives are implemented in accordance with regulations, as well as internal policies and procedures.

Customer-Centric Leadership

  • Supporting the execution of customer segment migration strategies and communicating them to stakeholders.

Ensure that the client portfolio assigned to the team receives sustained attention to strengthen and maintain business relationships by:

  • Ensuring that an active business development program is in place for each client relationship;
