Our team is responsible for the implementation and administration of residential renovation and adaptation programs, primarily for low-income households. They provide strategic support, define orientations, and improve practices for renovation and adaptation programs with authorities. They also advise partners on the management of these programs for private housing and residences.

A Variety of Challenges to Tackle

In this position, you will contribute to the administration of the Home Adaptation Program (PAD) and leverage your knowledge in occupational therapy to support the analysis of cases and the search for optimal residential adaptation solutions.

To accomplish this, here are the responsibilities you will be assigned:

  • Participate in the analysis of PAD registration requests to support the determination of applicants' eligibility based on their adaptation needs and program parameters;
  • Support the team in interpreting PAD norms and modalities and contribute to the search for optimal home adaptation solutions;
  • Communicate with clients, occupational therapists, and health and social services network partners to ensure case follow-up and respond to information requests;
  • Conduct research, analyze relevant information, and contribute to the administrative processing of cases by performing various program management support activities;
  • Ensure the administrative processing of PAD cases by performing various support activities, including data updates, information compilation, and preparation of tracking tools.
