Do you want to play a key role in delivering infrastructure projects that transform communities? Join our Infrastructure team in Montreal as a Senior Project Manager and contribute to the planning, design, and delivery of major municipal projects across Quebec.

In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise while mentoring the next generation and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver sustainable solutions that meet the needs of our clients and communities.

Your Impact

• Lead the design and preparation of plans, estimates, and details for municipal infrastructure projects (water supply, sewers, streets, and roads).
• Coordinate design activities with various disciplines to ensure harmonious project integration.
• Review and validate engineering calculations in accordance with applicable standards, codes, and regulations.
• Prepare and approve technical reports and cost estimates for municipal works.
• Mentor and develop junior engineers to promote their professional growth and technical mastery.
• Serve as a resource for clients, presenting technical recommendations and offering tailored solutions to their needs.
• Supervise the work of technicians, drafters, and engineers assigned to projects.
• Contribute to impactful projects within high-performing multidisciplinary teams.

The Skills That Set You Apart

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering.
• Member in good standing with the Order of Engineers of Quebec (OIQ).
• Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in municipal infrastructure design.
• Consulting engineering experience considered an asset.
• Strong mastery of municipal project design and implementation principles.
• Demonstrated experience in technical team coordination and professional mentorship.
• Excellent ability to manage multiple mandates simultaneously while adhering to schedules and budgets.
• Excellent communication skills in French, both oral and written.

• Province of Quebec: $81,100 – $107,700
