Reporting to the Regional Director, Operations, the incumbent will manage the residences, human resources, and financial resources. They will control operational costs while adhering to budgets, maintain a high occupancy rate, and ensure the visibility of the residence within the community. They will ensure the achievement of business objectives and the maintenance and improvement of service quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent experience
- 7 years of experience in a management position or service company
- Demonstrate Chartwell's RESPECT values
- Leadership
- Results-oriented
- Supervisory skills
- Strong listening and communication skills
- Customer service orientation
High availability and flexibility in scheduling (weekends according to the rotation established with the management team)
Proficiency in Office Suite
