Project Manager IPT Pylon/CWB

Reporting directly to the Section Head, the PMBP supports the IPT (Integrated Product Team) "Mat Reacteur / Caisson central" leader by applying improved project management processes, methods, and tools. In your role, you will be called upon to: * Serve as the strategic partner to the IPT (Integrated Product Team) leader in terms of Time, Cost, Quality, and Performance of projects. * Ensure good decision-making in line with operational needs and escalate issues as needed. * Develop, harmonize, and update the roadmap to support the product evolution plan (PEP). * Coordinate with all stakeholders and track interdependencies within or outside the IPT. * Integrate and analyze financial data, planning data, quality data, and performance data of Major Changes to provide relevant and transparent analyses on project progress. * Manage risks and opportunities (identification, categorization, recovery plan...). * Utilize specific project management tools and methodologies to secure optimal execution. * Establish and manage IPT governance to ensure effective communication. * Create synergies within the Project Management community by sharing experience and best practices. ### Profile As an ideal candidate: * You hold a bachelor's degree in Project Management/Engineering or equivalent. * You possess leadership qualities and have demonstrated a high level of influence. * You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in project or program management. * You have technical background in aircraft development and commercial operations. * You have strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills. * You are open-minded with excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrate great teamwork abilities. * You have a sense of organization, time management, and are self-sufficient. * You ideally have experience and interest in aeronautics. * You have advanced skills with the Google suite and Planisware.
