Customer Service Representative - Night Shift - ACT

Hours: Full-time or part-time night shift (to be determined based on needs and availability)

Salary (night shift): $19.60 (including bonuses)

What your typical day will look like

• Exceeding customer expectations by welcoming them and providing fast and accurate service;
• Processing transactions and balancing the cash register;
• Authorizing and monitoring fuel pumps (if applicable);
• Participating in optimizing sales and store profitability;
• Restocking shelves, rotating stock, facing, and labeling products;
• Managing the coffee and some food and bakery supplies (if applicable);
• Ensuring the store is clean and attractive.

What we are looking for

• Friendly people;
• Good customer service skills;
• Able to stand for long periods;
• Able to lift and transport merchandise regularly, frequently, and without assistance, if needed. The weight of the merchandise can vary, weighing up to 12 kg (25 lb).
