Job Title: Sales Advisor – Florin Store at Quebec City Airport

Location: Florin Store – Quebec City Jean Lesage International Airport

Employment Type: Part-time / Full-time

Availability: Day, evening, and weekend shifts, as needed

Store Hours: 3 am to midnight, 7 days a week

Salary: Very competitive, based on experience

Additional Compensation: Commissions and bonuses on sales

As we open our new store at Quebec City Jean Lesage International Airport, we are currently looking for dynamic and customer service-oriented sales advisors.

Working at Florin Store at the airport means evolving in a stimulating and unique environment, interacting with local, national, and international customers.

As a Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional and efficient customer experiences to travelers. You will assist customers in selecting products that meet their needs while actively participating in daily operations and the store's success.

Since the store is open from 3 am to midnight, candidates must be available to work various shifts, including early morning, day, evening, and weekends, as needed.

Main Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with professionalism, courtesy, and enthusiasm
• Advise customers on product selection based on their needs
• Provide fast, personalized, and high-quality customer service
• Create a positive shopping experience for local and international customers
• Process sales, refunds, and exchanges
• Receive payments and complete transactions at the cash register
• Contribute to the store's sales objectives
• Prepare, display, and showcase merchandise
• Participate in product display and visual presentation
• Maintain the store clean, organized, and welcoming
• Prepare orders and merchandise transfers
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
